Korean Air, Asiana Get Price-Fixing Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (July 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a class action against Korean Air Lines Co. and Asiana Airlines Inc. alleging the airlines conspired to fix the prices of passenger flights from the U.S. to Korea, saying the plaintiffs' claims were preempted by federal law.
