Judge Dismisses Ortho-McNeil From One AWP Claim

Law360, New York (July 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Inc. has been dropped from claims in the multidistrict litigation over the average wholesale price for drugs that it violated antitrust laws by marketing false information about the price of an antibiotic to hospitals, but it still faces claims of having falsely marketed to doctors.
