HSBC Escapes Claims It Left Hundreds In Foreclosure Limbo

By Emily Field (April 1, 2015, 10:01 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge has tossed a suit filed by the New York state attorney general accusing HSBC Bank USA of stranding hundreds of New York homeowners in limbo by foreclosing on them but not filing papers to bring the sides in front of a judge or referee for resolution.
