OneBeacon Owes Olin $80M For Cleanup Costs, Court Says

Law360, Los Angeles (April 2, 2015, 5:01 PM EDT) -- OneBeacon American Insurance Co. must pay chemical producer Olin Corp. $80 million in damages and interest in a dispute over coverage for the cleanup of groundwater contamination at four sites across the country, a New York federal judge said Wednesday.
