McKesson Hit With Discovery Sanctions In TCPA Suit

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 3:03 PM EDT) -- A California magistrate judge on Wednesday ordered sanctions against health care services company McKesson Corp. in a proposed class action from two chiropractic clinics alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, chiding its counsel for dragging their heels on complying with a discovery order.
