AIG Failed To Pay $15M Legal Damages, Office Depot Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (April 2, 2015, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Office Depot Inc. on Thursday slammed AIG Specialty Insurance Co. with a suit seeking a $15 million payment, claiming that the insurer failed its duty to defend against and reimburse legal damages assessed against Office Depot for a state False Claims Act whistleblower suit brought by the state of California.
