UBS, Workers Get $1.3M Overtime Settlement Approved

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday approved a $1.3 million settlement between UBS AG and a class of client adviser associates who had accused the bank of stiffing them on overtime wages, putting to rest the suit that was filed three months ago.
