Real Estate Rumor Mill: Invesco, Starwood, Blackstone

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 2:38 PM EDT) -- In Houston, Invesco Real Estate is said to have sold a 36-story downtown tower to Union Investment Real Estate GmbH for abut $440 million, according to a Houston Chronicle report. The tower is said to be fully leased to such tenants as NRG Energy Inc. and UBS AG.

There is buzz that Starwood Capital Group is planning on purchasing the top four floors of Macy's Inc.'s eight-story Seattle base to use as office space for creative firms, the Daily Journal of Commerce reported, citing unnamed sources....
