Fed. Circ. Upholds Rosen Win In TV Headrest Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday upheld Rosen Entertainment Systems LP's win in a patent infringement suit brought by TMI Products Inc. over video devices that can be installed into the back of a car's headrest, saying a disputed patent claim was correctly construed by a California federal judge.
