NJ Supreme Court Takes Up Waste Contract Bidding Row

Law360, Jersey City (April 2, 2015, 6:01 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday took up the Mercer County Improvement Authority's petition to review a case over a municipal waste management contract, to determine whether the lowest bidder's opinion letter represented a material deviation that allowed MCIA to reject its bid.
