Biz Groups Back Sterling Jewelers Win In EEOC Bias Case

Law360, New York (April 3, 2015, 6:44 PM EDT) -- The Equal Employment Advisory Council, National Federation of Independent Business Small Business Legal Center and Retail Litigation Center Inc. filed an amicus brief with the Second Circuit Thursday, saying the district court correctly dismissed the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s sex bias case against Sterling Jewelers Inc.
