Defense Contractor Blasts Hughes' Dismissal Bid In IP Suit

Law360, Washington (April 2, 2015, 4:06 PM EDT) -- An Israeli defense contractor fired back Thursday at satellite communications provider Hughes Network Systems LLC’s attempt to dismiss its claims of willful patent infringement, saying Hughes knew enough about the patent in question to write a prior analysis of it.
