Expedia Drops $229M To Pick Up New Headquarters In Seattle

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Expedia Inc. revealed on Thursday that it will soon call Seattle, Washington, its home, as the online travel giant has agreed to buy a multibuilding campus in the city from biopharmaceutical company Amgen Inc. for $228.9 million.

Expedia unveiled its relocation plan via both a press release and a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
