FCC Commish Forecasts TCPA Clarity, More Privacy Actions

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 4:35 PM EDT) -- A Federal Communications Commissioner on Wednesday pushed the agency to act quickly on a backlog of Telephone Consumer Protection Act petitions in order to deliver more clarity to advertisers, and expressed concerns over the commission's plan to step up its regulation of online privacy and security issues.
