Amazon Ducks DVD, TV Parental Control IP Suit

Law360, San Diego (April 2, 2015, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday declared Inc. and other electronics retailers had not infringed a patent for DVD players and TV sets with parental controls asserted by Guardian Media Technologies, following a similar ruling this week on the only other patent in the case.
