Calif. High Court Takes Up Citibank Arbitration Dispute

Law360, Los Angeles (April 2, 2015, 7:39 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to review an appellate ruling in a consumer class action against Citibank NA to determine whether the U.S. Supreme Court's Concepcion decision and the state high court's Iskanian ruling should defeat a trial court’s reliance on the Broughton-Cruz rule to deny Citibank’s arbitration bid.
