Ferrari Slammed With Suit Over Computer System Contract

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 5:15 PM EDT) -- Ferrari North America Inc. was hit with a contract suit Wednesday in New Jersey federal court alleging the car importer conspired to steal intellectual property related to an asset management computer system used by its U.S. dealerships, then ditched the system’s developer for a competitor.

Intelliga Communications Inc. accused Ferrari of allowing iCreon Tech Inc. to access its intellectual property while the two were still under contract so that iCreon could create a similar program, which Ferrari left Intelliga to use.
