Biotronik Fights Discovery Motion In $1.1M FCA Fees Row

Law360, Washington (April 8, 2015, 12:42 PM EDT) -- Biotronik Inc. called litigation over discovery requests in a $1.1 million attorneys' fee dispute stemming from a False Claims Act settlement “unconscionable,” saying the whistleblower’s attorney is trying to generate even more fees in a California federal court filing this week.
