AIDS Group Can't Nix LA County's $5.2M Overbilling Claim

By Kat Greene (April 13, 2015, 7:53 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Monday tentatively ruled that the AIDS Healthcare Foundation must face claims by Los Angeles County officials that it overbilled the county $5.2 million for patient treatment, finding that the county can sue even though the funds came from federal government grants.
