Judge Certifies Class In N.Y. Nursing Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has granted class certification to a group of over 2,000 nurses in upstate New York who have accused several area hospitals of conspiring to keep nurses' salaries at artificially low levels.

Senior District Judge Thomas J.
