Class Certified In Urethane Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has certified a class in the long-standing multidistrict litigation brought against a group of chemical manufacturers for an alleged antitrust conspiracy in the urethane market.

In an order filed July 29 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, Judge John W.
