ConnectU Founders Seek To Appeal Facebook Deal

Law360 (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The founders of ConnectU LLC have asked to intervene individually in a lawsuit between their company and rival Facebook Inc. in order to challenge an order enforcing a settlement between the two companies.

The ConnectU founders, twin brothers Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss and Divya Narendra, said in a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California that their interests as shareholders of ConnectU were sufficiently different from those of the company to justify intervening.
