Calif. Dater Sues Over No-Cancel Contract

By Emily Field (April 21, 2015, 5:20 PM EDT) -- LLC on Monday was hit with a proposed class action in California federal court alleging that it violated a state law that requires dating services to tell customers in their contracts they can break up with the service by sending a letter.

Plaintiff Zeke Graf claims that when he joined in 2012, its contract didn't include a notice required by California law that new customers can cancel their contracts within three business days by sending a letter.
