Ohio Attorney General Targets Insurer Chubb Corp.

Law360, New York (May 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Investigations into several questionable practices in the insurance industry continue to lead to an ever-widening net of litigation, with Ohio-based Chubb Corp. as the latest insurance provider to become the target of a suit.

Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro has said he will file a lawsuit against Chubb over allegations that the company paid contingent commissions to brokers.
