Munger Tolles Sued Over Firing After Workload Complaint

Sonia Arteaga, who worked for Munger Tolles from 2000 to 2013, said she was terminated for alleged insubordination over her complaints, but she argued the firm discriminated against her based on her race, age and disability, as evidenced by other paralegals who were far more offensive but kept their jobs.
