Disney Hit With Suit Over 'Little Miss' T-Shirts

Law360, New York (August 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- T-shirts sold at Disneyland featuring Disney characters and slogans like “Little Miss Sassy” have prompted a trademark infringement lawsuit by the London-based company that holds the rights to the “Little Miss” series of children's books.

THOIP, a division of Chorion Ltd., filed suit against the Walt Disney Co. on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
