Reed Smith Atty's Widow Slams GSK's Bid To Delay Trial

Law360, New York (April 27, 2015, 4:49 PM EDT) -- The widow of a former Reed Smith LLP partner who allegedly committed suicide as a result of taking a generic version of the antidepressant Paxil told an Illinois federal judge on Friday that GlaxoSmithKline PLC has unreasonably attempted to push the trial’s start date into 2016.
