Ex-Broker Wants Names From UBS For Class Notice

Law360, New York (August 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former securities broker suing UBS Financial Services Inc. for wage-and-hour violations is seeking a court order to force the investment bank to disclose the identities of the employees eligible for membership in the putative class action.

Intent on issuing an opt-out class notice, attorneys for plaintiff David Waisbein fired off the motion to compel Tuesday, almost a year after asking UBS for the contact information of its securities brokers.
