Faulty Maintenance Caused Crash In Iraq: Suit

Law360 (August 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Family members of 14 U.S. military servicemen who died in a helicopter accident in Iraq are accusing the contractor that maintained the aircraft of gross negligence for leaving a “foreign object” in the helicopter, causing it to crash.
