House Panel Says DC Circ. Is On Its Side In SEC Fight

Law360, New York (May 18, 2015, 2:25 PM EDT) -- The House Ways and Means Committee told a New York federal judge on Monday that a recent D.C. Circuit ruling supports its view that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission cannot question a former aide in a health care insider-trading probe.
