SanDisk Says ST Counterclaims Of Fraud Invalid

Law360, New York (August 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Adding another chapter to its patent dispute over flash memory chips, SanDisk Corp. has asked a federal judge to toss counterclaims made by STMicroelectronics Inc. that allege that SanDisk fraudulently procured the patents it accuses ST of infringing.
