Tiffany Appeals In Effort To Force EBay To Police Site

Law360, New York (August 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Tiffany & Co. has challenged a federal court’s decision to let eBay Inc. off the hook in a trademark infringement case alleging the online auctioneer did not take enough steps to prevent counterfeit Tiffany jewelry from being sold on its site.
