Prof Sues Right-Wing Titan For Copyright Infringement

Law360, New York (May 16, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Joel Beinin, a Stanford professor of Middle East history and outspoken critic of the war in Iraq, has launched a copyright infringement suit against the Center for the Study of Popular Culture for publishing his photograph on the cover of a pamphlet entitled “Campus Support for Terrorism.”
