U.S. Trustee Calls For Probe In SemGroup Ch. 11

Law360, New York (August 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. trustee from the Department of Justice has called for a probe of possible fraud in the trading strategy of SemGroup LP, the bankrupt oil distributor whose liquidity problems have come under the scrutiny of several regulatory agencies in recent weeks.
