Harrah's Toga Bar Discriminated Against Men: Judge

Law360, New York (August 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New Jersey state judge has ruled that the Toga Bar at Caesars Atlantic City, a Harrah's Entertainment Inc. hotel and casino, discriminated against 19 men who applied for bartender positions by favoring young, attractive women.

Rejecting Caesars' bid to dismiss the employment discrimination lawsuit filed in 2005, New Jersey Superior Court Judge Carol Higbee scheduled two trials for next month.
