American Color Graphics Wins Final DIP Approval

Law360 (August 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing the prepackaged bankruptcy case of American Color Graphics Inc. has given his final approval to the media company’s $135 million debtor-in-possession package, paving the way for the planned merger with fellow debtor Vertis Communications.

On Wednesday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Sontchi formally signed off on the financing package, remarking that the arrangement had been “negotiated in good faith.”
