Boscov's Announces 10 Store Closing Sales

Law360, New York (August 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The bankrupt department store chain Boscov's Inc. has announced store-closing sales at 10 of its 49 locations as part of its Chapter 11 restructuring plan.

Judge Kevin Gross in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the expedited store-closing schedule Friday, allowing liquidation firms Hilco Merchant Resources LLC and Gordon Brothers Retail Partners LLC to start disposing of the chain's merchandise.
