No Truth To 'Squawk Box' Deal Reports: Attorney

Law360, New York (August 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An attorney for a stockbroker currently facing a retrial for allegedly giving day traders access to confidential information via internal “squawk boxes” said that there were currently no plea negotiations ongoing, despite assertions from the prosecution in court Monday.
