Intellectual Ventures Blasts JPMorgan's Bid To Nix Patent Suit

JPMorgan use of an "IBM Crypto Card" infringes Intellectual Ventures' patent for a cryptographic controller by using a control that generates a signal for its arithmetic unit that selects one of two modes of operation, according to the memorandum.
