FCC, NY AG Question PayPal, EBay Autodialing Policies

Law360, New York (June 11, 2015, 4:55 PM EDT) -- The new user agreements presented by PayPal Inc. and eBay Inc. may violate their customers' rights to privacy and consumer choice, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and the New York Attorney General’s Office alleged this week in letters to the companies.
