Porter Hedges Adds Ex-King & Spalding Bankruptcy Pro

By Ben Conarck (June 18, 2015, 5:00 PM EDT) -- Porter Hedges announced on Wednesday that it has added to its growing bankruptcy practice a former King & Spalding LLP attorney who will work out of its Houston office in the corporate practice group.

Eric English, who joins the firm after a seven-year tenure at King & Spalding, brings with him a diverse restructuring, litigation and creditor rights practice. He represents debtors, secured lenders, trade creditors and equity holders in commercial workouts, bankruptcy restructurings and disputes, the firm said in a statement.
