Texas Oil Groups Sue EPA For Inaction On Air Rules

Law360, New York (August 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Claiming the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has put them in an “impossible situation,” a coalition of Texas oil and gas facilities sued the agency on Monday, demanding that it take action on the state's revisions to its clean air rules.

BCCA Appeals Group, Texas Association of Business and Texas Oil and Gas Association filed the suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
