Veoh Gets Safe Harbor In Video Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a copyright infringement suit between a video-maker and the video-sharing Web site Veoh, a federal judge has ruled that Veoh is entitled to “safe harbor” under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and that it should not be held responsible for enforcing third-party copyrights.
