Law360, New York (May 26, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A settlement may be in the works between Mosaid Technologies Inc. and Infineon Technologies AG for a patent infringement case in Texas. Ottowa-based Mosaid said that the Texas court is granting a 30-day delay of the previously scheduled hearing to allow parties to “focus on ongoing settlement discussions.”
Mosaid, which has designed several generations of memory chips, alleges that products from Infineon used technology covered by three U.S. patents.
