Refusing To Back Down, Martha Stewart Battles SEC

Law360 (May 26, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After a comeback following five months in prison, Martha Stewart is at it again, this time standing up against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in its bid to prosecute the domestic tycoon for civil insider trading charges.
