6 Face Bribery Charges For Afghanistan Contracts

Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Six people, including two military officers and four U.S. Department of Defense contractors, have been charged with bribery and conspiracy involving contracts at the largest U.S. military base in Afghanistan, the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division announced Wednesday.
