Class Denied Certification In EMC Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has denied class certification to a group of current and former female employees at computer software producer EMC Corp. who claimed that the company's lax attitude toward sexual discrimination, harassment and retaliation made gender bias a “de facto company policy and standard operating procedure.”
