Hofstra Looks To Overturn Class Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two weeks after the class was approved, Hofstra University has asked a federal court to reconsider a magistrate judge's grant of conditional class certification to a group of former student employees who accuse the institution of failing to pay them overtime wages while they worked for the school.
