KPMG Execs Off The Hook In Suit Over Tax Shelters

Law360, New York (September 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appellate court has tossed a suit that accused 13 former KPMG LLP partners and employees of creating illegal tax shelters to help wealthy clients avoid paying taxes.
