Robbins Geller, Edelson, Others Vie To Lead Lenovo MDL
By Beth Winegarner (July 17, 2015, 4:15 PM EDT) -- Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, Edelson PC and several other plaintiffs' firms squared off in California federal court Friday, seeking the right to lead multidistrict litigation accusing Lenovo Inc. of secretly installing software that harvests user information for targeted advertisements.

Whyte remained civil, even cordial.
